Weekly Recap 12/3-12/7

Our Middle School Girls dropped two this week in very close, competitive games. The Lions began the week by hosting a Tuesday matchup with Charlotte Country Day School. The team was led defensively by Lauren Rogers whose stellar skills resulted in 12 steals. Gabby Schwake's offensive efforts netted 6 points, including a three-pointer at the buzzer. The Lions fell to the Bucs, 15-23.

On Thursday, the Lady Lions traveled to Charlotte Latin for a 4:15 game. The girls kept the score within a two-point margin for most of the game before the Hawks opened it up in the 4th quarter and edged out the Lions. Makayla Mabry led the scoring with 10 points for a final score of 18-32.
