Education: B.A., University of South Carolina. M.A., Columbia International University.
Started coaching at CDS: 2019
Volleyball Experience: I played indoor and outdoor volleyball in college. I have coached Varsity and junior Varsity Volleyball for 30 years.
Favorite CDS Sports Memory: Seeing our Varsity Volleyball team compete in the semifinals in 2022 after defeating Charlotte Christian in four sets in their house.
Albeit not an official CDS sport, watching Boys Club Volleyball host our first home match in the Spring of 2024 and defeating Palisades in 3 straight sets.
Biggest Athletic Accomplishment: Having an undefeated regular season at Ben Lippen School with the Varsity Girls Volleyball team and making it to the semifinals of the State playoffs.
Also, earning multiple conference championships while coaching Boys Varsity at Grace International School in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and an international tournament championship in Panang, Malaysia.
Hobbies: My hobbies include history and volleyball!
Fun Fact: I was the first basketball coach at Word of God Christian Academy in Raleigh, NC, and I have coached in the U.S., the Philippines, and Thailand.
