Athletics
The Lions

Covenant Day athletics provides a setting for developing and exercising personal character, sportsmanship, self-discipline, leadership, and athletic ability. We field more than 30 teams in 14 different sports. Our coaches are committed to excellence and serve as spiritual mentors to our students.

When you make a gift to Covenant Day, you make an impact on today's students and future generations. Our Legacy capital campaign is the largest fundraising effort in our school’s history. Phase 1 of Legacy included Covenant Day’s new high school facility, a fitness center, and a lower school playground.

Covenant Day School has been a member of the Charlotte Independent Schools Athletic Association (CISAA) since the fall season of 2014. The Lions previously competed in the Metrolina Athletic Conference (MAC).
