Why Restoration and Sustainability?
Through our Restoration and Sustainability (R&S) initiatives, we strive to cultivate and create opportunities for students to engage with the world from a missional perspective, seeing every student sharing the love of Christ in purposeful and practical ways while growing their faith and serving our community and the Kingdom. From the Butterfly Garden, a certified wildlife habitat, and the aquaponics pond to on-campus labs and partnerships across Charlotte and around the globe, Covenant Day students learn to think critically about real-world issues and develop solutions that create lasting impact for the glory of Jesus Christ. Each R&S focus area invites students to engage deeply with some of the most pressing challenges of our time.
