Lower School

Providing a Foundation for Learning

Lower School is an exciting introduction to the wonderful world of learning. The lower school years are a time of building core competencies in the hearts and minds of children. We take great joy in partnering with families to provide an excellent education that educates the whole child through a strong academic program, biblical integration, and a developmentally appropriate environment to foster a love for learning, self-confidence, and maturing interpersonal skills. Lower school students receive a comprehensive education with instruction in Bible, science, social studies, English, math, music, art, physical education, computer, library, and Spanish. In addition, field trips which are directly related to subjects being studied, help enrich the curriculum.

Because the training that occurs in the lower school years forms the foundation for all that is to follow, we strive to educate with excellence.

Our teachers are committed Christians who have been trained professionally, are licensed or pursuing licensure if new, and are afforded multiple opportunities to continue their professional development. Our teachers integrate biblical thought into the various areas of study, and they utilize Scripture to reveal God's nature, our spiritual condition, and the importance of our relationship with Him.
