The Guidance Office in the high school seeks to partner with the parents and students of Covenant Day School in developing each student intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally. We understand that the college admission process can be overwhelming. As we collaborate with students and parents in regards to life beyond Covenant Day, we seek to help students find a college or university that best fits them. Recognizing each student’s uniqueness, it is important to be reflective and communicative in order to find the right fit.
This includes discussing course selections, academic progress, and the college admissions process. It is our desire that students begin to understand their strengths and weaknesses, learn how to navigate their relationships, and explore arenas to which God may be calling them. We encourage students to challenge themselves academically, athletically, in the arena of fine arts, emotionally, and spiritually. It is such a privilege to watch this growth in our students.
We are privileged to meet with students who need help navigating through various life issues. We long for all students to experience the fullness of Christ and to see their lives as a reflection of God’s love, providence, and sovereignty.
